Hey! I’m Taliyah Joelle

Growing up, I often felt like the ‘bigger friend.’ That label followed me everywhere, shaping how I saw myself and fueling a storm of insecurities. I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and fitness, bouncing between extremes and never feeling truly comfortable in my own skin.

Eventually, I hit a breaking point, I knew I couldn’t keep living that way. So I decided to take control. I dove headfirst into the world of fitness, not just to change how I looked, but to completely shift how I felt about myself. Along the way, I discovered strength, confidence, and a sense of freedom I didn’t think was possible.

What started as my personal journey quickly grew into something bigger: a mission to help other women break free from the same struggles I once faced. Because I know how heavy it feels to be stuck, and I also know how empowering it is to rewrite your story.

It’s a fully personalized fitness and nutrition program made just for you. You’ll get custom workouts, meal guidance, accountability check-ins, and direct support from me inside the app — no templates or cookie-cutter plans.

Is this program right for beginners?

Absolutely. Every plan starts from where you are right now. Whether you’re new to the gym or returning after a break, I’ll make sure you’re progressing safely and confidently.

Do I need a gym to join?

Nope! I can design your workouts for the gym, home, or even a mix of both. You’ll get clear video demos and instructions so you always know exactly what to do.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on your consistency and effort — but most clients start seeing noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks. The goal isn’t just to look different, it’s to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your habits.

What’s included in the coaching program?

You’ll get personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, mindset support, and direct messaging with me. Everything’s managed through one simple app.

How often will we check in?

We’ll do structured weekly check-ins to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. You can also message me anytime in the app if you have questions or need feedback.

How long do I need to commit?

I recommend at least 12 weeks. That’s enough time to build momentum, see results, and create habits that actually stick.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join, you’ll fill out a quick intake form so I can understand your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Then I’ll build your custom plan and set you up on the app — and we’ll get started!
